Shop shipping and return policy

I strive to provide my customers with the best possible shopping experience. I understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs, and I want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Shipping Methods:

I offer First Class (Letter Pack Light) and Priority shipping for all orders.

*For International shipping: Shipping prices have been changed for First Class International from $11.25 to $20.00 as of November 13, 2023. I apologize for the increase.

Shipping Time:

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method you selected. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Tracking: I provide tracking information for all orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that overseas orders may not be trackable once the package leaves the US.

Shop return policy includes the following:

  1. Timeframe: I offer a 30-day return window for all item purchased from our store unless otherwise stated in the item description.
  2. Condition of the item: The item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Any items that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  3. Proof of purchase: You must provide a valid receipt or order confirmation to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  4. Refund or exchange: You can choose to receive a refund or exchange for your returned item. If you opt for a refund, I will process the refund within 2-10 business days.
  5. Restocking fee: I do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
  6. Exceptions: Some items may be excluded from the shop return policy, such as final sale items or custom-made products. These exceptions will be stated in the item description.
